Awesome Easy Delivery

Step 1: An Awesome representative will contact you when your order is ready to deliver. (Usually within two (2) to three (3) weeks of your order turn in.) Payment is made at time of delivery.

Step 2: Send a letter home to parents to remind them of the delivery date. If possible have delivery date and time on your marquee.

Step 3: Truck will arrive and unload the boxed products.

Step 4: When all of the boxes have been taken to the distribution area make a quick count of how many boxes you have received. Make a note on the delivery receipt of how many boxes you received.

Step 5: Deliveries are normally Packed by Teacher by Student. The boxes can be sorted alpha by teacher or alpha by student last name. (We suggest that this decision should be made prior to the arrival of the truck.)

Step 6: You are now ready to allow children or parents to pick up their orders. During distribution if you become aware of any shortages or overages of product please make note and Fax the over/short as soon as possible to 972 243-6087.
