Here's how our easy program works

1) You design Your Custom Bear.

Choose the fabric and ribbon color(s), and the text/graphics for your hangtag. Tell us what to embroider on the front (and on the back and foot if you wish).

One of our on-staff graphics experts will assist you every step of the way.

2) Based upon your instructions we will build a Prototype. Turnaround time approximately 2-3 weeks. (First sample is free)

3) Once you approve the Prototype and remit the 50% deposit we begin production. You will receive your Custom plush product in approximately 60-75 days. Balance is due before we ship. Get a 5% Discount for Prepayment of your total order!

4) We will supply you with a high-resolution picture of your Custom plush product prior to delivery so that you can create a flyer to Pre-Sell. If you need help creating the flyer, just let us know. We have templates available for you!

5) Rush Orders and Partial Orders for delivery in less than 60 days are available for an additional charge.

6) NO SET-UP FEES OR HIDDEN CHARGES!
